About The CRA Union

The CRA Union is a professional network and marketplace that connects qualified independent Clinical Research Associates with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, sponsor, and CRO organizations needing local and regional monitoring support.

We focus on the parts that are genuinely hard: transparent matching, credible discovery, secure communication, payment, and engagement tracking. It’s free to use unless work is contracted through the platform — then the sponsor pays the CRA’s rate plus a 10% CRA Union fee, and the CRA receives their full rate. We do not guarantee work or performance.

"CRA Union" refers to a professional community and marketplace. It is not a labor union and does not provide collective bargaining representation.

We collect the minimum information necessary, keep precise contact details private, and give CRAs control over their visibility.
